VARIATION IN AWARD.
ARBITRATION COURT ACTS. (Received October 23, 12.32 n.tn.) MELBOURNE, Oct. 22. Chief Justice Dethridge, of tho Arbitration Court has granted a temporary variation of the Watersido Workers, Award, by the substitution of picking up places mentioned in tho shipowners' application, and by the introduction of the weekly engagement system.
