FOUR BOYS MISSING.
LETTER FROM WELLINGTON.
POSSIBLE AUSTRALIAN TRIP.
DISAPPEARANCE AFTER SCHOOL
Four boys, three of whom reside at Mount Eden and (lie fourth at Kingsland, aro missing from their homes. John McCulloch Morrison, aged 16, who lived with his parents at 17, Jillerton Road, Mount Eden, has been missing from homo since September 23. He left home ■n the afternoon, accompanied by Frank Jackson, aged 18, who resided with his parents in Shacklcton Road, Mount Eden. Mr. Jackson received a letter from Paeroa, dated September 25, in which his son asked that his clothes should bo kept, but no particulars as to the boy's movements wore given. Mr. Morrison received a letter from Wellington, dated October 1, from his son, in which the boy stated his intention of leaving for Australia with Jackson. No further word has been received.
It is presumed tho bovs did not leave for Australia, as they had little money on leaving home. When last seen, Morrison, who was employed by the Post Office, was wearing a navy bluo double-breasted suit, black shoes and light socks. He is sft. 4in. in height, has dark hair, brown eyes, and speaks with a broad Scottish accent. The top joints of tho three middle fingers of his right hand *rc missing.
Harry Anderson, aged 15, has been missing from his homo in Mount Eden since Friday. Ho disappeared after school, arid at tho time was wearing a. navy blue coat and n green cap. His height is about sft. 3in. and he is fair.
Ernest Howard Gilbert, aged 15, a message boy, whoso parents reside in Kingsland, disappeared on Friday. He was wearing a blue suit, black tie, and a bluo cap with /reen stripes. The boy had expressed an intention to go to Tautnarunui to a relative, but nothing had been heard of him last night.
