MONARCH GIVES INTERVIEW HELP OF ITALY NEEDED. BALKAN LOCARNO DESIRED. . Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received October 12, 10.15 p.m.) LONDON. Oct. 12. King /iogu, of Albania, in an interview, laid stress on the need for Albania to avail herself of Italian assistance in money nnd administrative officials. Tho King said ho did not believe that Italy contemplated an open quarrel with Yugoslavia, nor did ho think Serbia need fear a combined attack by Albania and Bulgaria if she were dragged into a war with Italy. More than anything, said the King, ho would like to seo a Balkan Locarno, under which the States could settle their differences and be able to devote themselves to national development.
