CAUGHT IN ENGINE BELT.
DEATH OF YOUNG MAN. [inr TELEGRAriI. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. 3 GISBORNE. Friday. The former English public school boy, Robert Macauley, died from injuries sustained yesterday through being caught in the belt of an engine used for driving a shearing machine at Mokoiwi station. Owing to a flooded river it was impossible for a doctor to reach him or to remove liiru to tho hospital.
