LATEST DANCE CRAZE.
NEW YORK TO EUROPE. A -marathon dance from New York to Europe was recently planned by Mr. G. C. Pyle, who introduced Suzanne Lcnglen to professional tennis. Several American couples have already danced through three weeks, and such a small thing as a week's trip to Europe is regarded as a light achievement. Three couples were to dance their way to Europe in September. Hicy were to leave Times Sfjuare, Isew York, dance down to the pier on a truck, and dance up tho gangway to the ship's deck. During the voyage they intended to spend days dancing on dock, retiring to tho ballroom to continuo their exorcise throughout tho night. In Europe couples will act as advertisers of America's latest craze, tho idea being to sccuro couples from Paris, Berlin and London to compete in a dance back to America An international danco Derby will bo held in New York in January, with prizes of £IO,OOO,
