Friday A civil aclioi of importance to dairy farmers was heard in tho Magistrate's Court to-day when (ho Rexdale Dairy Company claimed £22 from a farmer, O. Lund. Plaintiffs contended that defendant ordered stores to be supplied to an employee who is bankrupt. Defendant disclaimed liability. Mr. J. Miller, S.M., said he considered tho evidence of tho plaintiffs' witnesses in regard to tho instructions to supply stores to tho employeo was sufficient to establish liability, and ho gave judgment for tho full amount.
