DECISION AT GISBORNE. COUNCIL TO USE BUSES. tr TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.O GISBORNE, Friday. The poll of ratepayers on the proposal to abolish the Gisborno municipal tramways system was held to-day,, and tha proposal was carried by 1286 votes to 1124, a. majority of 162. Two previous polls were taken on the ratepayers' vote, but were invalidated on technicalities. Tho council intends to establish a municipal bus service.
