SYDNEY CELLULOID WORKS. % EXTENSIVE DAMAGE DONE. (.Received May 15, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. May 15. An explosion in the factory of the Whiteloid Products, Limited, at Camperdown, resulted in the rapid gutting of the premises, owing to the presence of inflammable celluloid and celluloid paints that are manufactured in the factory. The blaze was spectacular, the flames leaping high into the air. The plant and machinery were destroyed, and the damage is extensive.
