OFFENSIVE CIRCULAR.
ADVICE TO TIMBER WORKERS. TOLD TO REDUCE OUTPUT. MELBOURNE. May 15. Mr. Justice Lukin, before whom the timber workers' dispute is being heard in the Arbitration Court, received a copy of an offensive circular urging the workers to reduce their output by per cent, if their hours were extended from 44 to 48 a week. His Honor said he would embody the circular in the records of the Court. The union advocate hotly objected. He said the circular was anonymous. The Judge said he would give the advocate two hours in which to try to discover who had published the leaflet. Otherwise he would place it in the records. t
