HOWICK MUSICAL SOCIETY.

The Howiek and Pakuranga Musical Society has commenced its winter season in the Ho wick Public Hall, meetings being held f>vnry Tuesday evening. The play selected for performance this year is a musical comedy, "Knight of Dreams." for this season's production the society has secured the services of Madame Shoesmith, who a few years ago was a wellnown and successful performer in musica circles. Her experience should prove ox value to the society.
