PRESENTATION.

A presentation was made at the Ponsonby police station yesterday to Sergeant F. A. Waterman, who is retiring after having been stationed at t'onsonby for the last 11 yeais. The senior constable at tile station. Constable Leslie, presented Sergeant Waterman with a gold-mounted fountain pen, and referred to the cordial relations which had always existed between the sergeant and members of tht staff.
