INCIDENT IN WARSAW. RUSSIAN SHOOTS COMPATRIOT. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. "WARSAW, May 4. While M. Lizareff, a member of the Soviet Legation, was in a motor-car a Russian emigre fired a revolver and shattered the windscreen. M. Lizareff was injured by splinters; hitting his face, and a bullet wounded his hand. His assailant was arrested.
