As the outcome of an alleged affray at St. Albans, when a workman is alleged to have struck another with a hammer, John Edward I'rebble, aged 37, was charged at the Magistrate's Court yesterday with assaulting Colin McDonald. He was remanded until May 14, bail being allowed. McDonald's injuries were said to be not so serious as was at first thoughii.
