Feb. 22. - Drastic action against the Reds is being taken by the authorities at Kongmoon, 75 miles south-west of Canton, in consequence of the revelation of a plot to effect a coup. All the labour guilds have been dissolved, their premises have been raided and confiscated and all the contents seized. There have been many arrests and some executions are reported. The Red leaders are fleeing to Hongkong.
