WAR DEBT PAYMENTS.

F RECEIPTS BY BRITAIN. ; REMITTANCES TO AMERICA. (British Official Wireless.) (Received February 23, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. EUGBY, Feb. 22. The financial secretary to the Treasury, Mr. A. M. Samuel, stated in the House of Commons that for the financial year ending March 31 next it was estimated that the receipts from Allied war debt payments would tutal £lO, fOO.OOO, and receipts from reparation payments about £14,500,000. Payments by Britain to the United States in the same period would be about £33,000,000.
