FORMATION OF PARTY URGED [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] PAPAROA, Thursday. Delegates of the New Zealand Farmers Union, Messrs. A. A. Ross, D. K. Snelling and J. B. Jordan, addressed a meeting of settlers test evening. Mr. M. N. » Skelton presided.
