HUSBANDS AND WIVES.
ORDERS TO RETURN.
Petitions for the restitution of conjugal rights were heard by both Mr. Justice Reed and Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court yesterday. Orders for the restitution of rights within 14 days were made in the cases of Algar F. F. Bath (Mr. Wood) against Lila Wilhelmina Bath; Charles Harvey Bensel (Mr. Newbery) against Ruby Bensel; George McPherson (Mr. Moody) against Annie May McPherson; and Elsa Ida Minna Klara Nicholls (Mr. Dickson) against Harry Clifton Nicholls. Failure to comply with an order for the restitution of .conjugal rights was the ground upon which Susanna Lilian Kenny (Mr. Moody) sought a dissolution of her marriage with George Kenny. The parties were married in 1908, and there was one child, who was stated to be in tho care of the respondent. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute in three months. The question of the custody of the child was deferred.
