SPECIFICATIONS OF BETTY. MEASUREMENTS NOT CORRECT. [BY TELKGItA PH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHKISTCHURGH, Tuesday. Doubts as to the measurements of Betty, defender of the Sanders Cup-for Canterbury, were raised at a special meeting of the Canterbury Yacht and Power Boat Club to-night. A member of the club asked tint chariinan: —"As you are official measurer I ask you, is Betty right or wrong V The Chairman: She is wrong. If she was altered to conform to the lioria mculds we have here in Lyttelton a boat good enough to boat her and other provinces would also have a chance of producing Rona boats to beat her. A Member; Have you any proof Betty is out ? The Chairman: 1 have measured her myself, and she is not correct. She was condemned at Auckland by the Auckland Association lie added that the Dominion Conference had been lacking in its duty in the matter. THE WELLINGTON CREW. PERSONNEL ANNOUNCED.
