NAVAL DISASTER.
RUSSIAN SUBMARINES SUNK. TWO LOST WITH ALL HANDS. (Received September 7, 8 11 p.m.) Sun. PARIS. Sept. G. It is reported that two submarines which the Soviet bought from Germany sank during their trial trips, owing to the incapacity of the officers. All the members of tho crews wero drowned.
