NEW GERMAN CRUISER.

THIRD BUILT SINCE WAR. VESSEL OF 6000 TONS. (Received August 18, 5.5 p.m.) A. :iud N.Z. BERLIN. Aug. 17. The third cruiser that has been built since the war for tho German Navy will be launched at Kiel on August 20. The vessel is a sister-ship to the Karlsruhe, of 6000 tons.
