Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Stacey, of Christchurch, are at the Central Hotel. Mr. H. C. Robjohns, of Napier, and Mr. R. G. Finlayson, of Ruawai. are at the Royal, Hotel. Mr. H. W. H. Hale, of Melbourne, and Mr. S. W. Moscrip, of Gisborne, are at the Hotel Cargen. Bishop Listen, Roman Catholic Coadjutor Bishop of Auckland, left for Wellington by train last evening. Mr. John Cecil Montefiore has been reelected unopposed for the extraordinary vacancy on the Te Awamutu Borough Council. Mr. T. Knox and Mr. R. J. Robertson, of Sydney, and Mr. C. A. Lawrejpp and Mr. J. Parker., of Wellington, ar; 'it the Grand Hotel. Mr. J. A. Stewart. Mr. R. Dixon, Mr. H, C. Heays, Mr. T. H. Giles and Mr. J. H. Hay, of Wellington, and Mr. F. Corbridge" of Palmerston North, are at the Star Hotel. The injuries received by Dr. H. F. Holmden and Mrs. Holmden, of Auckland, in a motor accident in London on Tuesday were trivial. They are now continuing their tour of England. Mr. F. A. Bickerton. of Wellington, Mr. C. G. Allen, and Mr. Joseph Barragh, of Palmerston North, Mr. Clive Matthews and Mr. A. E. Missen, of Hamilton, and Mr. J. P Morrison, of Rotorua, are at the Central Hotel.
