COLLISION WITH CAR.

CYCLIST SEVERELY INJURED. VEHICLES BADLY DAMAGED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. While riding a motor-cycle at Shag Rock Corner, Sumner, last evening, Charles Stevens, aged 24, met in collision with a motor-car driven by Mr. E. J. Woolf, of Sumner, and yas badly injured. He was taken to the Lewisham Hospital in an unconscious condition with one leg broken above tho ankle and his face cut. The running board of the car was demolished and the motor-cycle was reduced to a tangled wreck.
