MOTOR-CYCLIST IN COURT. [by telegraph.—own correspondent. 1 HAMILTON, Wednesday. In giving evidence in support; of a charge of dangerous driving against Mauric Allen Graham in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court to-day, Erie S. Dawson, stock agent, Hamilton, -said >he was inspecting a fault in his car on the To Rupa Road when defendant passed him closely on a motor-cycle at a reckless speed. The cycle scraped witness' car and nearly knocked him down. Witness followed the cycle and took its number. The magistrate, Mr. Wyvern Wilson, commended Dawson for his action in reporting the incident. lie fined defendant £2 and suspended his licence for three months.
