GOVERNMENT WIN ELECTION. DEFEAT OF THE SOCIALISTS. (Received April 26, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. VIENNA, April 26. As a result of a general election the return to power of Dr. Seipel and his Ministry seems to be assured. The Social Democrats conducted a vigorous and roost costly campaign. They retained the city seats, but could not shake the bourgeois parties in the country. Commercial men are relieved that there i* no fear of a Socialist Government.
