CONSPIRACY TRIAL.
PLOT TO KILL MUSSOLINI. ACCUSED FOUND GUILTY. (Received April 25, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. ROME, April 24. Tito Zaniboni and General Capello, who were charged with conspiring to assassinate the Prime Minister of Italy, Signer Mussolini, were each sentenced to 30 years' imprisonment. Ursella was sentenced to 30 years* imprisonment in his absence, and five others of the accused were sentenced to terms ranging from 12 years to four months' imprisonment.
