RECOVERY OF THE BODIES. Tile bodies of Mrs. Doris Longuet, Miss Amy Frankland and Mr. Raymond Mathieson, the victims of the drowning accident near Rangitoto Island on Sunday, April 17, were recovered off the island on Sunday. ~ Sergeant Brown and Constable Donnelly, of the waterfront police, recovered the bodies, all of which were floating in the vicinity of the Rangitoto Wharf. An inquest., opened before Mr. F.-K. Hunt, S.M., coroner, yesterday, was adjourned after evidence of identification had been taken.
