PROPOSED ENGLISH TOUR. SUZANNE LENCLEN TO PLAY. (Beceired Feb. CO, 6.12 p.mj A. and N.Z. LONDON. Feb. 19. The Daily Express says Mile. Suzanne Lenglen is expected to come to London short]v ia order t-o discuss tne financial details in connection with a proposal to stage a series of tennis matches in which she will' play in England. The promoters are planning that at first Mil a. Lencien shall play twice daixy at the Albert Haß, London. Afterwards a series ef games will be played in every large town in Britain, followed bv sanies a all the European capitals The promoters say professional tennis is bound t-o grow, and that shortly Jisere wiH 'be professional tennis championships in every country. If it could be arranged to play the Sisal in London it would be at least equal to Wimbledon as an attraction.
