Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 7G of ''The Rating Act, 19-5." and, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Manukau County Council on the JSth January, lOC'7. that an additional charge of 10 per centum will be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration of sis months and fourteen days from the demand thereof. Proceedings will be taken for the recovery of all outstanding rates and penalties without further notice. Persons owning or occupying property in the County who have not received rate notices are requested to communicate with the County Office as notices posted to the last-known address have in some cases becu returned unclaimed.
