RIFLE SHOOTING.

CITY AND SUBURBS CLUB. Members of the City and Suburbs Rifle Club fired the final shoot of the third trophy series Penrose on Saturday for trophies presented by Mr. J. Stanton in the A grade and Mr G. S. Kent in B grade. The ranges were BOOyds and 900 yds and the weathei was fine. The scores were somewhat affected by s puffy wind and a changing light Top score in the A Irrade was obtained by Rifleman C. J M Clark with 8t». In the B grade Riiienie L. Verraii, 1. J. Spry and E E Watacm tied, the former j winning by having tne best score at VOOyde. I ritiver spoons were won by iiiheineii C. J j ii. Clara and L. Verraii. Details are;--A Grade. —C. J. M.
