Found in Hoori Hay Road, in the outer suburbs, last night, Alexander McClintock, sged 67, of Timaru, who had £77 in notes in his pocket, was charged at the Police Court to-day with being found on enclosed premises with* out'"lawful excuse. An old-age pensioner, defendant was said by the prosecuting sergeant to he not quite rational, and was possibly suffering from sunstroke. He was placed in the care of the Salvation Array for a week.
