DELEGATES AT MOSCOW. ANOTHER SOVIET CONTROL PLAN Times. LONDON, Jan. 28. The first supreme convocation of Buddhists has been opened at Moscow for the purpose of drafting legislation for -tho promotion of Buddhism in Russia. The delegates include Burists and Kalmucks, and others are expected from Mongolia and Tibet. The congress aims at the creation of .1 cadre of Buddhist priests, who will be willing to follow Moscow's directions. The most prominent figure is Dorjiev, who has been elected president.
