.— —- GIFTS FOR POOR CHILDREN. A Christmas tree for pool children, arranged by tho Auckland Rotary Club, will take place on Monday morning. At ten o'clock the children will be mtertairscd at a picture performance in the Majestic Theatre, organised by Mr. Phil Hay ward. After the entertainment gifts will be distributed. His Excellency Ihe GovernorGeneral and Lady Alice J crgusson will he present. On Thursday the club will, distribute gifts.-at the.. Auckland Mental Hospital.
