COLLAPSE IN STREET.

FATALITY AT DEVONPORT. While waiting for a bus with his wife and nephew in Lake Road, Devonport, at 5..30 on Saturday evening Mr. John Bamber De Mole suddenly collapsed and died. He had been visiting relatives during the afternoon and with his wife was returning to their home at 20, Paget Street, Ponsonby. Mr. De Mole had been ailing for the last two or three years, but on Saturday appeared to be in better health and spirits than usual. His collapse was therefore the more unexpected. He had, however, been attended by a doctor and no inquest will be necessary. ~ . Mr. De Mole was secretary of the Auckland Glass Co., Ltd., Hobson Street. He was formerly a member of Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Devonport, and was superintendent of the Sunday School for some years.
