GRANGE ROAD BAPTIST CLUB.
•The annual'meeting of the Tennis Club connected with the Grange- Road Baptist Church was ,held on Tuesday. The following -officers were elected:—President, Rev. A. S. Wilson: vice-presidents. Miss L. Douglas and Mr, 11. Liddcll; captain. Mr. B. M. Wilson; vice-captain, Mr. H. L. Buckley; secretary, Mr. F. Gu Ansel!; treasurer, .Mr. 8. Whitmarsh: selection committee and executive officers, Messrs. I?., Colls and G. Reid, Misses M. Whitmarsh and E. Lucas; refreshment committee convenor, Mrs. Greenwood. i -
Twenty-three players announced their intention to continue > during the coming season and it was-decided to limit . the membership to about 30. The season will open in October.
