RAILWAY DISASTER.
FOUL PLAY IN GERMANY.
DISCOVERY OF, EVIDENCET i meß . LONDON. Aug. 20. The Berlin correspondent of the Times says the deaths caused by the railway smash at Lehrte now total 21, including two Englishwomen. Investigations show, that the bolts, in the rails had been loosened and the . fishplates had been detached. Some tobacco, a pipe and a number of tools were found in the vicinity. , >
