WANGANUI LAD MISSING. PLUCKY RESCUE FROM RIVER. [Br TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] ' WANGANUI, Saturday. A boy, Wallace Lacey, was reported tq be missing this morning, and fears are now entertained that he has been drowned. Ho was seen to go down to the bank of the river and it is thought that he fell in.

At about the same time another lad named Colin McNicol! got into difficulties'near the locality, but fortunately his cries were heard by a lad, Herbert Woodham.
