Albnrnia.—Telegraphic advica was Sreeeived on Saturday morning that the manager had selected a few pounds of stone, which showed blotches of gold, in the footwa.ll. portion of the Norwegian level. . , Golden Age.—The drive on the.footwall of the Golden Age reef has been advanced 6ft., making a total of 15ft from the crosscut. On August IS, • when breaking down ,the reef, strong colours of gold were a?en. Two mora men were employed on- August II! and a start was made.on another >reef lOCift. bauk from the Golden Age reef. There is a rise which, goes through to an upper level about; 170 ft. above. It is about 9in. in width and looks promising.
