Tributes were paid to Mr. C. Cowan, who, like his father, had proved an able and efficient president, and to Mr. J. H. Barker, the association's secretary. The thanks of. all members were conveyed to Sin A. Nairn, whose hospitality had been accorded them that evening. Vocal items were rendered by Messrs; Waiter Brough and Con Welson, and the New Zealand Four. Mr. C. H, Worsley acted as accompanist.
