Representatives of Australia,' America, Canada, India t ; Argentina and Russia have been invited to. attend the. second international conference of wheat pools at Kansas City, Missouri, on March 16, 1927. The venue was fixed to-day. A provisional committee was appoiiited at St.,' Paul last winter and plans for the definite organisation of' a world-wide pool were'then submitted. The programme was drawn largely from the experiences of Canadian officials. " The agenda includes the formulation of a system' to ensure an efficient land accurate ..basis for. wheat selling.
