SHOOTING IK THE CAPITAL. PROMINENT ' MEN KILLED. POLITICAL DIFFERENCES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received 7 p.m.) A. and N.Z. MEXICO CITY. Aug. 19. Two deputies were mortally wounded Colonel Andres Garcia was killed and Mr. Tornas Garrido, ex-Governor of the State of Tobasco, was shot in the face during a street battle in the business section to-day. The trouble was the outcome of bitter rivalry amongst political factions in Congress. People in the streets became panicstricken and a woman was wounded.
