A SERIOUS OFFENCE.
ELDERLY WOMAN IMPRISONED [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION j NAPIER, Friday. Found guilty in> the Supreme Court yesterday of using an instrument for illegal purposes, and recommended to mercy on account of her age,- Mary Ann Westoboy, aged 70 years, was to-day sentenced by Mr. Justice Ostler to one year's imprisonment.
