WEEK-END WEATHER. HERALD'S SPECIAL FORECAST. The following weafher forecast for 48 hours from 7 a.m. to-day was supplied to us by Mr. H. M. Vincent last evening:—The weather during the week-end will be mainly fine in most places, although still unsettled at times, with further, showers and cloudiness increasing again for a new disturbance expected at the beginning of the week. Winds variable, westerlies prevailing, moderate to strong and veering by north to east, then freshening. Seas increasing on East Coast shortly.
