THE PEDIGREE JERSEY HERD SIRE EBORS SULTAN. 4 YOUNG PEDIGREE JERSEY BULLS, by Ebors Sultan. The Foundation Cows were of the eminent Fountains strain, while the sires were of Golden Swan and K.C.B. blood, followed by the present herd sire Ebors Sultan, by Bright Sultan ,from the Viola Golden Laddie cow Viola's Golden Girl. The herd has an average,of 3901b. fat produced on second-class pumice country. On really good dairying land much better results could be obtained. About half the cows have been S.O. tested, and all, with the exception of a few of the younger ones, have been tested by the N.Z. Co-on. Dairy Co. Manv were under test durir.cr the past season.
