The diplomatic correspondent of the Sunday Express says it is believed that King Alfonso of Spain will not leave London cmpty-handed. Although Britain could not agree to his chief request, namely, her support of Spain's claim to a permanent seat on the Council of the Leagus of Nations, the correspondent says he understands arrangements are being made in London for an international ■ loan to Spain of £30,000,000 or £40,000,000. Large orders for British rolling stock and transport material, adds the correspondent, will follow.
