RAID BY THE RIFFS.
FORTY PEOPLE KILLED. Eeuter. LONDON. July 8. A message from Rabat, in Morocco, states that Riff tribesmen swooned down on the market place at Benigniel, in the Targuisti district, and in the midst of terror and confusion, killed 40 friendly natives and Spanish soldiers, who were peacefully engaged in shopping.
