ASHBURTON COURT CASE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —Pit ESS ASSOCIATION.] ASHBURTON. Friday. A young man, John Ronald Lvnch, was arrested last night, and appeared at the Police Court on two charges-—first, breaking and entering the dwelling of Henry Clifford Percy on June 25 and stealing a bunch of keys, valued at ss; secondly, breaking and entering Percy's shop and stealing £3O. The police stated that another charge was pending, and accused was remanded until next Thursday.
