SUPREME COURT.

THE SESSION AT HAMILTON. f [by telegraph.—own correspondent. ] HAMILTON, Wednesday. The Juno session of the Hamilton Supreme Court will commence next Tuesday. Three men will be tried, one for assault, and two for I'orgery.' One man will come up for sentence for burglary and a woman for forgery. A long list'-of civil cases is set down for hearing: 15 defended civil eases are set down for hearing before the Judge alone.

There are nine undefended petitions in divorce to be heard. Two cases will be lioard in the Compensation Court.
