CUP FINAL AT WEMBLEY. BOLTON WANDERERS WIN. (Received 7.5 p.m.) Reuter. LONDON, April 24. The Association football cup final was played to day at the Wembley Stadium in dull, cold weather. The attendance numbered 92,000, including His Majesty the King. Jack, inside right, scored in the 34th minute of the second half. Bolton Wanderers defeated Manchester City by 1 goal to 0. A great invasion of London from the provinces began last night for the cup final. The stream of visitors continued to fljjw in all night. Hundreds of excursion trains arrived at Euston station. It was estimated that 15,000 visitors reached the metropolis, of whom probably not half saw the match, but had to wander about the streets sightseeing. It was announced early this morning that all the seats at, Wembley had been sold except a few at a guinea each. These were sold in the course of the day. Bolton Wanderers well deserved their victory. They pressed the game and Jack's shot at goal was not to be stopped. Bolton played 10 members of the team which won tho cup in 1923. On the occasion of the draw for the first round tho winners came first out of the hat and Manchester City last.
