AUCKLAND WOOL CLIP.

SECOND SALE OF SEASON. OPENING THIS EVENING. CATALOGUE OF 20,000 BALES. The second Auckland wool sale of the Beason opens this evening in the Town Hall concert chamber. Tho offering is the maximum allowed by the New Zealand Wool Committee, and consists of 20,000 bales. Over 50 buyern are now in Auckland and they were busy yesterday making their valuations. Uncertainty exists as to the prices that will be secured. Prices at the Wanganui sale on Tuesday showed a slight decline on recent rates. A total of 8500 bales will be sold this evening. Messrs. Alfred Buckland and Sons, Limited, will sell first, their offering being 1834 bales, and they will be followed by Dalgety and Company, Limited, in conjunction with the North Auckland Farmers' Co-operative, Limited. Their catalogue is the largest oii any of the brokers, and consists of 6667 bales. The 6ale will be resumed to-morrow morning, the order of selling being the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company,, Limited, the Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Limited, and Abraham and Williams, Limited. _
