RESOLUTION. "That the Onehunga Borough Council, being the Council of the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Onehunga, pursuant to its powera under .Section 18 of 'The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913.' and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, do take steps to raise a Supplemental loan of £7500 (seven thousand five hundred pounds), at a rate of interest not exceeding six per centum per annum, for the purpose of complotins: the roads and footpaths within the Borough, the original Loan 'of £75.000 having been found insufficient for th« purpose.''
